Anamaria Brandt is an award-winning fine art photographer specializing in pregnancy, newborn and parent/child imagery. Ana currently owns and operates her studio in Tustin, California. She’s the mother three children. She and her husband Geoff married about 8 years ago when they moved to California to start a family together. A native of New York, Ana is an adopted child. She has no pictures or records of her life prior to going into foster care at age 2. That unfortunate circumstance gave Ana the creative desire to capture those early and most cherished moments in a family's life - beginning with the most intimate step - Pregnancy.

Kristi Grant is an experienced graphic designer who lives and works in Irvine, California. Kristi divides her time between her position with a professional graphic design firm and her own freelance design studio, where she passionately creates custom, hand-made invitations, announcements and keepsake items. Born and raised in the Seattle, Washington area, she moved to Southern California in the early 90's to attend college, where she met her husband, Julian, and has resided there ever since. She is a proud and devoted mother to daughter, Miya and son Brandon, whose fun and lively spirit inspires her daily to be creative and inventive.

Ana and Kristi came together for A Time and a Place shortly after they witnessed the wonderful collaborative success that Kristi's own birth announcements were having in Ana’s studio. For the past three years Ana had envisioned a pregnancy and newborn card line. However, it wasn't until she was able to combine her particular style of photography with Kristi’s inspired designs that the cards and quotes came to life. With Geoff's 20+ years experience in business, both working for Fortune 500 firms and owning his own, the company became a reality and this truly collaborative effort can now be brought to you.
